I get an error about CREATE_CURSOR when starting the game.

Why I cannot change my resolution?
If you installed the game into the system drive (ex. C:/), you have to open Config with administrator rights; otherwise it will not save the configuration. It is also recommended to do it before opening the game.
When I try to patch, I get the message "Download of file failed"
You probably have the game open. The patcher cannot update files that are in use. Close your game and try patching again.
